THINGS TO EXTRA CARE ABOUT

  • You’ll be provided with WhatsApp support in the time of need but keep in mind the working hours.

  • Your counseling period starts from the next day at which you’re provided with 1st diet plan. e.g.; if you’re provided with 1st diet plan on Wednesday, your subscription will start from Thursday.

  • Workout plans are also given.

  • Fees is non-refundable and non-transferable

RULES OF PROGRAM

​

  • Initial diet plan to assess your body, eating habits and how your body responds to dietary interventions.

  • Change of plan after 15 days to boost your progress.

  • Yes, you can ask for the changes in diet plan, after the plan is completed and provided to you.

  • I try to be as flexible as I can with my client's cravings so if you crave something just let me know.

  • One on one dealing with coach is provided through WhatsApp.

  • Weekly reports/follow-ups to your nutritionist are your responsibility. You won’t be reminded to do so.

  • If your subscription ends, you still have to check in with me after your last plan.

  • Invoice (payment proof in form of photograph/screenshot) is necessary.

  • WhatsApp number (with country code if you’re not living in Pakistan) so that we can contact you.

  • Wait for 24 hours to get a confirmation message from medicalnutricare.bymariam@gmail.com after you have done the payment.
