Mariam completed her Bachelor's degree in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetic from Dow University of Health Sciences. Previously she has worked in hospitals and clinics in Pakistan, providing patients with medical nutrition therapy and motivational lifestyle coaching. In 2020 she founded an educational platform and media group under the name of 'Medical Nutricare' focused at bridging the gap between traditional medical advice and the most up-to-date ideas and breakthroughs in nutrition and other areas of lifestyle. She provides virtual consultations for clients globally.

Mariam has a strong interest in exercise and sports nutrition and is also passionate about preventing & treating chronic diseases through evidence based nutrition,

Her mission is to mend the gap between knowing and doing by spreading health and nutrition awareness and catering to nutritional myths, unhealthy weight control practices or helping people to develop a healthy relationship with food and body.
